Cassius project managers will ensure the execution and control of defined objectives to ensure successful project delivery. Our organisation focuses on allocating equal measures of both process driven and site based project management. It is for this reason that our overall project delivery services are set into two primary categories, Project Management and Site Management. Both are defined below:
Cassius Group Project Management Responsibilities
Identify and document the project scope
Evaluate and document and mitigate risks throughout the project
Carry out site surveys and overcome any environmental and cosmetic issues
Define the project requirements
Ensure that all project design aspects are industry compliant
Develop project plans, work breakdown structure and milestone charts
Manage the activities in the project plan to ensure milestones and deadlines are
met
Communicate progress to project stakeholders (clients, executive mgmt.,
supervisors and team members)
Resolve problems and identify potential impacts of issues associated with the
project
Provide leadership and motivation to team members
Identify and document lessons learned
Facilitate the project closure process
Cassius Group Site Management Responsibilities
Assist
with the site survey process
Absorb the
project scope
Cross-check the project scope against the project schedule and resource
availability
Manage
labour
and site logistics in order to ensure delivery, within the project timelines,
whilst meeting all critical milestones
Liaise
with the project manager and give daily progress reports
Problem
solving
Coordinate with other trade contractors
Ensure that our structured cabling installations meet or exceed the industry
standards
In most cases, the task of Project and Site Management is split between multiple resources, a scenario whereby we believe communication to be key. Cassius management play a pro-active role in day to day operations and ensures the channels of communication are open and that fluidity is maintained.
